OOC: Alright, four links to chats here—that all took place about 2 weeks ago …around the 5th and 6th of January. Holidays and family trips got it delayed, and it’s been dubbed the chat that would not die… so *laughs*

This chat takes place a few days after this chat, where Ioan tells Richard about their shared father; and this chat, where Ioan and Mads discuss it.

Ioan finally opens up to Mads about his feelings regarding the Richard situation.

(Parts 1-3 of the chat that would not die, a.k.a. the chat where our pups lost their bloody minds!)

All 3 parts take place the morning and afternoon after this chat, where Ioan works out some of his feelings regarding his childhood and his father, and newfound brother.

Part the 1st: Ioan awakes in a much better mood (which is to say bratty) and some fun ensues, though things don’t stay peaceful long for our heroes *snerks*

Part the 2nd: Jason pays a timely visit to Mads and offers his advice.

Part the 3rd: Ioan returns to face Mads…

Nice to see this (more or less) resolved. :) Jason is very wise. Of course, being uninvolved with all the kerfuffle helps a lot, too; it's hard to be objective when it's your feelings that've been run through the blender.

I'm kind of on Ioan's side in this whole mess. IMO Mads way overstepped, letting his own experiences with his father color his view of Ioan's situation. It's a good characterization -- it's not at all unbelievable that he'd do that -- but I want to thwap him for it anyway.

Nice storyline, though. :)
