You know, this'd be a really great, fun scene if we didn't know what was in store for Elijah as soon as Harry and Karl leave the office. [fret] Nice backstory, though.

He was so in awe of Harry and just retrievers in general. They were larger than life to him.

And Harry said it himself, 'Elijah belonged to Ian'.

And poor Mum's thinking that Elijah's all safe and sound now that he's with Harry.
