Notice to All Staff.






Ladies and Gentlemen,

This informational pamphlet is being sent to all com units on the Palace register.

As you are no doubt aware, the highlight of our calendar year, the annual Masque Ball, is rapidly approaching and preparations are well underway for this years gala event.

It is to be held in the Reception Rooms of the Central Tower on Midwinter’s Eve and attendance is mandatory for all working libertines.

Four hundred invitations, those for our preferred guests and those for our regular clients who are, as always, selected by our random lottery system, have been printed and will be posted to the lucky recipients within the week.

As stated above, this event requires both rostered and non-rostered personnel to make themselves available and the financial recompenses will be the same as last year.

Added to the bottom of this email is the PR department’s flyer describing this years event. Costumes and masks are available from the Uniform Centre on the Basement floor. Exit the lift on that floor and follow the signs.

This year promises to be another stellar evening.

Palace Management is proud to present the 567th Annual Masque Ball, to be held in the Central Tower Reception rooms on MidWinter’s Eve commencing at 8p.m.

This years theme, Decadence and Debauchery will have the rooms sumptuously decorated by our in-house designer and costumier, Ngila.

The vast Reception hall is to be partitioned off into individual, shadowed alcoves, using trelliswork, greenery and drapes of velvet and brocade to create an intimate atmosphere, while the Great Hall, available for Banqueting and Dancing will feature working fountains and fiber optic light displays.

Decadence and opulence in abundance, chaise lounges and pillowed alcoves, brilliant plumage, silks and satins abound and every masque hides one of Palace’s fabled beauties.
