Yep.. Jay's reactions are definately colored by Elijah's experiences. And Elijah has seperate thoughts about drinking for fun/recreation and drinking because one needs a drink. He has seen way too much of that in his time...
I love the relationship between Jay and Billy and they just let me tell the story - they trust me to tell it correctly...
