rpg_palaceThey rode in silence for the better part of an hour. Johnny noticed Liam keeping an eye on him for a while, dropping half a length back occasionally, letting Johnny take the lead whenever the path narrowed, but eventually the man relaxed.
He could've asked, Johnny thought with some resentment. Or maybe he's saving all his questions for my "recent behavior."
Shit. And I'd deserve it. I can't believe I yelled at Adrian like that. He didn't mean anything.
