"Between you and me, I miss the Hell out of him, but," he gave an eloquent shrug of his shoulders, "he's got to see his family, eh? And he'll be home soon." He kicked his booted foot up onto the wall and, leaning back for comfort, folded his arms across his chest. "What about you? Whatcha been up to?"
