Well, I won't say this has me dancing in the hallways because obviously it doesn't. You're one of our better instructors and losing you will leave quite a hole in our teaching roster. On the other hand, though, I do understand wanting to plan for your future, and if this is what you want to do, then of course you'll move on with my blessing (for what it's worth) and we'll cope.

Thanks for the recommendations; I'm sure at least one or two of them will be happy for the extra income and experience. Thanks also for the tag-team offer and your notes. They'll both come in handy and will make the transition go much more smoothly.
